Tue 1 Mat 13 54-end	Joseph of Nazareth Pray for all who are ill especially those known to us. May sickness, sin and sadness to thy healing virtue yield.
Wed 2 Col 2 1-15	Mothers’ Union celebrate the Annunciation at Wednesday morning Communion. Pray for the work of MU among families and those in prison.
Thu 3 Col 2.16 - 3.11	Lighthouse Planning Meeting. Pray for inspiration on an Olympic theme for the next series of Lighthouse meetings.
Fri 4 Col 3.12 - 4.1	School holidays begin. Pray for teachers of our schools, families on holiday and those for whom holidays are stressful periods.
Sat 5 Col 4 2-end	Spring Clean/general tidying of St Paul’s Church and grounds. Give thanks for all who help to keep the fabric of St Paul’s up to scratch and especially Roy Johnson who takes a lead on this.
Sun 6 Ps 23	Lead us, O God, from the sight of the lovely things of the world to the thought of thee their Creator and grant that, delighting in the beautiful things of thy creation, we may delight in thee.
Mon 7 Luke 1 1-25	Remember the prayer walk every Monday around Parkwood. A small group are committed to praying for all who live in the area, for the schools and for all who use the facilities of Parkwood.
Tue 8 Luke 1 26-38	Deanery Clergy come together for their monthly meeting. Pray for those churches without clergy at present – St Luke’s and St Augustine’s.
Wed 9 Luke 1 39-56	St Matthew’s DCC meet. Give thanks for all those, whether on committees or not, who give their time and effort for the benefit of the church.
Thu 10 Luke 1 57-end	From the cowardice that dare not face new truth, from the laziness that is contented with half truth, from the arrogance that thinks it knows all truth, Good Lord, deliver me.
Fri 11 Luke 2 1-20	St Paul’s Ramblers – walk tomorrow. Pray for fine weather for this walk which is suitable for all, including families with young children, buggies and wheelchair users.
Sat 12 Luke 2 21-40	Fauré Requiem at St Matthew’s. Give thanks for all who come together to sing today and for a powerful presentation of this work this evening.
Sun 13 Ps 106 6-24	St Matthew’s AGM May these hands of ours go out in constructive fellowship towards others so that they may take note that we dedicated our lives to You.
Mon 14 Luke 2 41-end	Pray for Parkwood Leisure Club meeting on Mondays and for Jo Haughton as she leads this group reaching out to people who have retired.
Tue 15 Luke 3 1-14	Pray for the two daytime women’s groups who meet at St Paul’s. Thank God for Diane Neal who has faithfully led the Tuesday afternoon group for several years and pray for Annie Kynaston who has become the new leader. Pray too for Jackie North who leads the group meeting on Wednesday mornings.

Thu 17 Luke 4 1-13	Pray for Home Groups meeting on Thursday evenings led by Paul Horsman, Trevor Smith and Colin and Jill Lovell.
Fri 18 Luke 4 14-30	Wedding tomorrow: Samuel and Mafalda Pray for a happy day and enduring marriage for this couple.
Sat 19 Luke 4 31-37	Kent Junior Choirs come together for a day of rehearsal and a Concert at St Matthew’s this evening. Give thanks for this opportunity and pray that the young people will be enriched by today.
Sun 20 Ps 30	Andy Dipper, one of our mission partners and Chief Exec of Release International, is guest speaker at the 11am Service at St Paul’s. Pray for him and the work of RI with Christians persecuted for their faith.
Mon 21 Luke 4 38-end	St Paul’s Craft Group meets. Pray for those who come together for friendship, sharing of skills and to create items to sell at the Craft Fair. Pray for Shirley Challen as she facilitates the group.
Tue 22 Luke 5 1-11	Festival of Preaching at Rochester Cathedral today. Pray for clergy and Readers attending and for those leading workshops.
Wed 23 Eph 6 10-20	George, patron of England New morning group meets at 10.30am at St Matthew’s for Bible study or to explore an Emmaus Course.
Thu 24 Luke 5 27-end	Thursday Club monthly Communion and Service for all members. Pray for children returning to school this week, especially those preparing for public examinations.
Fri 25 Acts 12.25 – 13.13	Mark the Evangelist Lord, temper with tranquillity my manifold activity. That I may do my work for Thee with ever great simplicity.
Sat 26 Luke 6 12-26	Plant and cake sale at St Paul’s. Pray for all who plan social and outreach activities within the life of St Paul’s.
Sun 27 Ps 73 21-28	We continue to be thankful for all who are helping us out during the vacancy at St Paul’s in so many ways. Please continue to pray that the right person to lead St Paul’s will apply for the post of Team Vicar. Pray for Nikkii as Parish Warden taking much of the responsibility for the overseeing of the vacancy and for Chris Butt as Team Rector having overall responsibility.
Mon 28 Luke 6 27-38
Tue 29 Luke 6 39-end	Annual Parochial Church Meeting at All Saints’ this evening. Give thanks for the life of our Parish in the past year and pray for all who will be elected to serve on Church Councils in the coming year.
Wed 30 Luke 7 1-10	Lord, we lift to You communities in Medway being torn apart by violence, social deprivation, criminal infiltration and the breakdown of families. Strengthen Christians living and ministering there.
